Suprock Technologies has a substantial repertoire of sensor technologies that we can apply to exceed your requirements. We specialize in high performance sensing applications including torque, force, acceleration, and temperature. Our experience includes ultra low noise analog design, direct digitization, compact sensor design, custom sensor fabrication, and sensor integration/implementation.
Customers come to us when they have demanding specifications for resolution, accuracy, and size constraints. The solutions we provide include wireless sensor systems, USB-based sensors, USB micro-DAQs, and wireless power sensors.
In addition to precision devices, we deliver custom ruggedized sensor hardware. For instance, our customers in the manufacturing industry require sensors that survive high temperature, 10,000 G accelerations, and multi-kW magnetic fields. We will provide custom solutions capable of surviving extreme conditions.
We design all of our hardware in house using the most advanced PCB and schematic software. This allows a fully interactive design process where the customer can drive design constraints while integrating seamlessly with mechanical MCAD packages.
